About the event

DAY 1:

9:00-9:30 a.m.: Intro, presentation and basics, explanation of terms

  • Short round of introductions: Who are you and why are you here?
  • How are you currently creating content? What would you like to improve?
  • What previous experience do you have?
  • Important: If you are working on a real channel, please think about what you would like to improve or what your goals are with it!

09:30-10:00 a.m.: Best practice examples

  • Gather inspiration from best practice examples
  • Which content and videos are popular and work well?
  • The role of useful content

10:00-10:30: Exercise: Appropriate content

  • Mind map: What areas of your business might be relevant to post about?

10:30-10:45: Break (10')

10:45-12:45: Exercise: Presentation of suitable content

  • Presentation of the mind map to the group
  • Feedback and expansion from the group and group leader so that you then have a package of topics you can post about

12:45-1:45 p.m.: Lunch break

1:45 p.m. - 3:45 p.m.: Photo, video, canvas & texts

  • Brief introduction to Canva and opening an account
  • Dos and don'ts for writing on social media
  • Photography: Dos and don'ts when creating photos
  • Video Creation: Dos and Don'ts when creating videos

DAY 2:

09:00 – 09:30: Trends & Algorithm

  • What can I do for more visibility?
  • Hashtags, tags (location tags etc.), links in stories, reels/stories, etc.
  • Current trends

09:30-10:00: Strategy & Content Plan

  • What do you base a strategy on?
  • Why do you need a content plan?
  • How do you create a content plan?

10:00-10:15: Break (10')

10:15 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.: Practical example

  • Creation of a photo or video contribution including text and hashtags
  • Where in the content plan would you place the post?

12:30 - 13:30 lunch break

13:30 - 15:00 Presentation & feedback

  • presentation of the contributions
  • incl. feedback round in the group and by group leaders

3:00-4:00 p.m.: KPIs, closing, further documents and materials

  • How can I measure my goals (monitoring)?
  • Key figures (followers, reach, etc.), sales/Instashop, measurement using Facebook pixels
  • We discuss what you need to consider when designing and implementing assets (image, video) in terms of formats and goal achievement
