Terms of Service
for the workshop offer the wow!unfiltered OG & FavArt Productions
scope
The following terms and conditions apply to the registration and attendance of workshops offered and held by wow!unfilter OG (hereinafter "Agency"). By registering by email or registering online via the website www.socialistas.at (“website”), the customer confirms that he has read the general terms and conditions and accepts them.
Should individual provisions of these GTC contradict mandatory statutory provisions (in particular the provisions of the KSchG), the remaining provisions of these GTC shall nevertheless remain valid.
registration
The binding registration for the workshops takes place via the registration form on the website or in writing by e-mail to office@socialistas.at.
If an online registration is carried out for another person and sent, the sender is liable for all obligations arising from this registration, in particular for the timely and complete payment of the workshop fee.
Registrations will be considered in the order in which they arrive, based on the number of participants available. Each registration is binding on the part of the participant. The agency reserves the right to refuse a registration without giving reasons. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately in writing.
With the online registration or the registration by mail, a workshop place is reserved.
The participant is booked for the workshop with the payment of the workshop fee to the account stated in the confirmation of registration made out to the agency.
workshop fee
The workshop costs advertised at the time of registration apply. Unless otherwise stated, the specified fees are gross prices including statutory VAT.
Right of withdrawal
Legal basis
We would like to point out that according to the law (see § 11 Distance and External Business Act, FAGG) you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period runs from the day the contract is concluded.

You can use the model withdrawal form (Appendix 1) for this, but this is not mandatory. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must send us a clear statement of cancellation to one of the following addresses:

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. If you have requested that our service should begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount that corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you informed us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Program changes/cancellations
The agency reserves the right to change the content and price of the respective range of services on the website at any time or to remove workshops from the range. In addition, the agency reserves the right to change the time and/or location of an event to another date or to cancel it. If a workshop has to be cancelled, the participation fees already paid will be reimbursed without any deductions.
The organizer can cancel the event up to 3 weeks in advance due to a lack of registrations or cancellations of registrations at short notice. Any participation fees you have already paid will be refunded 100%. Cancellation costs for hotel rooms booked by the participant will not be covered.
copyright
All workshop content is for the personal use of the participant only. The course participant must not violate the copyrights of the agency. No part of the workshop documents may be reproduced in any form without the written permission of the agency, in particular processed, duplicated, distributed or used for public reproduction using electronic systems.
privacy
The customer acknowledges that the data provided during registration will be stored and processed by the agency to carry out the order and to maintain the customer relationship. The data is used to comply with legal regulations, to process payment transactions and to notify you about news and other workshops. The customer can revoke his consent to the sending of information at any time.
Customer data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is absolutely necessary for the execution of the contract.

Austrian law applies, place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
